How much is shipping?

Orders within Ontario are $5, and $12.50 for all other provinces. Shipment to the USA is $12.75. Order three (3) or more boxes, or a 25 pack, or gift wrapped box for free shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered from 2 to 6 business days, and up to 13 business days for remote areas and the USA.

Which delivery service do you use?

We ship with Canada Post.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within North America only.

We want you to be happy with your spa-rescue-in-a-box. 


In case you are not completely satisfied with your TuneOut online purchase, you may return the unopened box to us within thirty (30) days of your purchase for a refund, and  we will be happy to provide a full refund in the original form of payment. Please note that only items purchased from may be returned for a refund. TuneOut merchandise purchased through a retailer or other online stores are not covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.


Additionally, items purchased on cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell TuneOut products.

Damaged merchandise


If a product appears to be damaged, kindly return it in its original package as delivered. We will perform a quality check before a refund process can begin. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a potential refund to be processed. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.


How to return a product


To return your damaged or unopened product to, there are two (2) options. Using the Return ID Number PR277351 and authorization code 737511675 you may print a prepaid return label at a participating post office or print one from your home using the link below.

How to print a return label

Step 1: Go to

Step 2: Enter the return code in the Canada Post Return ID Number field, then click the continue button.


Step 3: Enter your contact information, confirm the item weight and select whether you would like to receive email notifications for parcel tracking updates.


Step 4: You’ll receive an email with a link to the return label, the tracking number and a QR code. Save the QR code to your mobile phone for quick access. 

Step 5: Print your return shipping label and tape it to the package. You can get your label printed at a participating Canada Post location by bringing in your QR code. Your package must be at least 10.2 cm x 15.2 cm (4 inches x 6 inches) to fit the label.

Step 6: Drop off your package at a post office or street letter box, then track it online at

I cannot access a return label

If you are not able to retrieve a return label, kindly email us at with the subject line “Canada Post return label” and a scanned copy of your invoice where the information is clearly legible and an return label will be sent to you within 1-2 business days.

To retrieve a return label at the Post Office have the Post Office Clerk follow these instructions:

Attention Canada Post Office Clerk
This customer has a domestic parcel for return that uses a Canada Post return ID number to generate a parcel return label from the RPS system. Please complete the following steps in RPS:


Step 1: Place the item on the scale.

Step 2: Select Return Services.

Step 3: From the Item Details screen, enter the Canada Post Return ID Number (listed below).

Step 4: Complete the required fields, including dimensions, and select Complete.
